TH-PC45LCD Plasma Cutter Features
It prints out the instrument setup process with visual information.
Easy to understand and easy to use.
Main Screen
Air pressure, set voltage, condition of parent material, and how to operate the torch.
Feature Selection
Turn the knob to select the desired function.
Press the knob to set the function.
Select Parent Type
Allows you to select grid mode and general cutting.
Grid mode is automatically set to 2T, and general cutting can be selected 2T / 4T.
Set how the torch works
- 2T : Activated while pressing the torch switch. Off when released
- 4T: Press and release switch to maintain operation, press and release again to stop
Check the air pressure
Ability to check the air pressure of the connected compressor before cutting
Non-frequency technology does not affect other electronic equipment.
Low voltage use prevents overloading of the device and increases life expectancy.
Reduce unnecessary loss of consumables by preventing malfunction.
Overheating
Ambient temperature too high or product reached limit
Allow to cool naturally and ensure that the vent fan is blocked by debris or obstructions.
Active cooling system, which operates only when cooling is required, reduces noise and dust generated during waiting times for a long life..
Input Voltage Error
Input voltage high or low
Make sure the rated voltage is supplied.
Shield cap above
Shield Cap Loose or Peel
Secure the shield cap properly.
Air Pressure Abnormal
The input air pressure is 0.45 MPA or less.
Check inlet connection and ensure proper air pressure is supplied.
Torch operation abnormality
The torch switch is pressed or operated before power on.
Turn off the power and check the torch.
Electrodes/Nozzle
For electrode piston or spring failure
Turn off the power and disassemble the torch to check the consumables and assembly status, then replace and assemble the consumables.
Electrodes/Nozzle
The electrode piston or spring is incorrectly assembled or there is a cutting residue inside.
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble the torch.
